The design of this early learning centre was inspired by the concept of nests, creating ‘spaces within spaces’ for sensory regulation. Accessibility for additional needs underpins the design, from play areas for children through to back-of-house operations. Colour, texture and sightlines articulate thresholds and create distinct thoroughfares between spaces.
