Transforming the ground floor of a heritage building on Flinders Lane, Air Design Studio reimagined Sri Lanka’s iconic seafood restaurant for Melbourne diners. An open kitchen is the focal point within a low-lit interior and colour palette of green and orange, which takes inspiration from the changing colours of work-cooked crab.
