The design of IAG Melbourne embodies a shift towards agile working, with diversity of alternative and collaborative work settings. To promote inclusion, all joinery within the project had a full universal design approach. Selection of muted colour palettes and tactile finishes were used to support the neurodiverse needs of the workforce.
