The redesign of this 19th century Heritage-listed building in Brisbane retains the history of the site, while transforming it into a comfortable guesthouse defined by a reflective and monochromatic palette. Carr sought to retain as much of the Heritage fabric and structure as possible, while bringing forward contrasts between old and new.
