-Multiple Positions, Permanent Commitment
-Leading National Firm, Growing Strength to Strength
-Reputation for Staff Retention! Career Growth Incentives!

As one of the leaders in their field, this multi-disciplinary firm is in need of project leaders to contribute to the success of their business!

As one of Melbourne (and Australia’s) top-tier firms, they have grown from strength to absolute strength over the past 10 years. Their ever adapting business structure has seen them gain a reputation for staff retention, and fostering an impeccable workplace environment with a proactive future outlook.

With an abundance of projects in the works (both early stages & delivery), their healthy workflow has seen the need for experienced Project Architects and Leaders take the reins after documentation stages and see their designs through delivery and hand-over. Liaising with contractors and builders, strong coordination and technical skills are a must.

Leading on-site project meetings, you will be responsible for collaboration between all stakeholders, ensuring design integrity and functionality is upheld throughout the delivery process. Your technical eye will see you responding to RFI’s and resolving any on-site issues, ensuring quality outcomes for all involved.

Ideally, you will have upward of 8 years experience and vast knowledge of contract administration. Revit would be preferred, however our client is willing to look at those with an AutoCAD background. Previous multi-residential delivery experience is a must!

If you’re wanting to back up the work of this exceptional design team, with your impeccable delivery skills to get sh*t done, this role is for YOU!
