Technē Architecture + Interior Design works across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects, creating bespoke spaces that enrich the human experience.

Currently seeking a highly-skilled and knowledgeable Design Architect to work on multiple projects with a creative team.

Advanced knowledge of and experience in:

• Architectural practice and theory;
• Exploratory design thinking to derive a concept which underpins the final design solution;
• Visual communication; conceptual sketches, presentation layouts, technical drawing.
• Concept design, Sketch Design, Design Development, documentation (including specifications and schedules) and detailing on a wide variety of projects;
• Applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating the design and construction of buildings (inc but not limited to rescode, BCA + Australian Standards)
• Materiality and associated compliance factors
• Computer aided drafting programs (CAD/Revit);
• Computer programs: Sketch Up, InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Acrobat
• Project coordination of the internal team and client/consultant team;
• Sub-consultant scope of services, ensuring all disciplines are coordinated (eg. Services engineers, structural engineers etc);
• Construction practices;
• Construction methodology and contracts.
