Annie MacLean graduated as an interior architect in 2017 and has been fortunate to work in high-end residential design ever since. Before launching her business in 2022, she worked at Adam Kane Architects and Sally Caroline, exposing her to a rich and diverse understanding of interior design.

Annie Paxton is a Naarm/Melbourne-based multidisciplinary designer. She works as an architect at Kennedy Nolan, alongside her creative arts practice which navigates the juncture between architecture and furniture/object to comprehend how design drives, and is driven, by the poetics of everyday life.

Ashleigh Sullivan

Initially architecture-trained, Ashleigh Sullivan is a Brisbane-based designer at COX, operating at the intersection between interior space, systems, and people. She advocates for holistic outcomes that connect the public realm, architecture, and interiors. Throughout her career in Australia and Europe, she has specialised in designing educational, workplace, and civic interiors.

Billie Murphy

Billie Murphy attributes growing up in Sydney close to the beach as responsible for igniting her interest in sustainability and the interaction between humans and the environment. This fascination led her to study Interior Design at UTS. She reveals her design philosophy mirrors her personality – thoughtful, yet adventurous and willing to take risks.

Charlotte Paule

Charlotte Paule grew up surrounded by design as her parents collected antique furniture and her mother was an interior designer. From witnessing her mother’s passion for design and being immersed in antique pieces from a young age, she developed a deep appreciation for aesthetics and craftsmanship. She cites interior design as a natural pathway.

Cristina M. Napoleone

Cristina M. Napoleone is a multi-award-winning emerging transdisciplinary artist-curator, designer and researcher, and the founder and director of TERRAIN. She has a background in geography from the University of Melbourne and the University of California, Berkeley, with a speciality in applied ecological ethics, more-than-humanism and climate communication.

Despina Carpis Tsathas

Despina Carpis Tsathas has a passion for human-centric strategy and design – contributing to benchmark projects that emphasise wellbeing, sustainability and placemaking. Her interest in creating environments that support health and productivity drive her work, ensuring each space fosters a positive and balanced experience.

Daniella Bassin is a senior interior design at Carr, with a deep passion for design innovation that is authentically unique. She has a love for problem solving and using creativity to improve efficiency, and she thrives on collaboration and continuous interdisciplinary learning.

Dalton Stewart is a designer whose creative practice explores the overlap between architecture, design, and visual arts. He uses this intersection to uncover new systems of knowledge and worldviews for the future. His work examines deconstruction and reuse to explore the complex history and cultural significance of buildings, materials and processes.

Eloise McCullough is a Melbourne-based contemporary glass designer and maker. Founding the business Fools Glass in 2021, she has used her design background to carve out a niche collaborating with architects and interior designers. She specialises in leadlighting, kiln-formed glass and copper foiling, bringing a modern edge to traditional techniques.

Ilianna Ginnis is an interior architectural designer, access consultant and neuro-inclusive design specialist at Architecture & Access. She is also a PhD candidate and research officer at the Design Health Collab at Monash University.

Maryam Moghadam is a product designer who describes herself as an artist at heart. She believes that furniture and object design can be a practice with design goals beyond aesthetics and function. Through her creative practice and work as a high school workshop technician, Moghadam pushes the boundaries of design through humour and questioning the status quo.

Vincent Tsang, is an industrial designer passionate about observing culture and delving into research. He thrives on collaboration, especially across disciplines, and draws inspiration from both the old and new.
