Lecture: Transitory Architecture by Dr Richard Black

Dr Richard Black, from Times Two Architects, discusses the concept of transitory in relation to architecture.

The Department of Architecture and Interior Architecture at Curtin University of Technology hosts the 2009 Robertson Memorial Lecture entitled Transitory Architecture, by Dr Richard Black.

Dr Black will explore the concept of ‘transitory’ – from the site to the landscape, from the inside to the outside, and how it allows building and living patterns to unfold. He will provide insight through some of the buildings designed by his practice, Times Two Architects.

Following the public lecture, guests are invited to view a special display of student works from the Colorbond® Steel Student Biennale in Building 201, third floor.
