Sydney Open 2010

October 12, 2010

Sydney Open provides a behind-the-scenes insight into over 50 of the city’s historic and contemporary buildings.

The Historic Houses Trust presents the Sydney Open 2010, a biennial event giving visitors the opportunity to go behind the scenes in more than 50 of the city’s buildings.

This year, architectural icons including award-winning contemporary designs and much loved heritage buildings will feature alongside the city’s hidden spots and sustainable living projects, giving visitors access to restricted areas and providing an insight into Sydney’s built environment.

Participate with a *City Pass*, which provides access to all of the Sydney Open buildings in the CBD and Pyrmont on Sunday 7 November. The *Focus Tours* option provides access to a nominated site on either Saturday 6 or Sunday 7 November. Tours are for the most part led by the architects or owners of these domestic, fragile or limited capacity sites.
