Renowned for her fluid waterscapes and evocative use of the palette, Elizabeth Wadsworth will be showcasing her latest source of inspiration in the form of inland bodies of water through canvas at 2 Dank Street this October.

An established artist with 17 solo exhibitions and 35 group shows, her latest selection of work, Inland Reflections, has taken her fascination of the blue to inland parts of the country where recent rain abundance has cleared and revived the land from drought.

A celebration and sense of gratitude is present in her work. Always drawn to expressing her creativity through water, she says, “Water is spontaneous; it is constantly changing and layering and moving and you never know what’s going to happen. That’s also my style.” A portion of her sales will be given to The Curran Foundation for St. Vincent’s Hospital.

*Where* Depot II Gallery, 2 Danks Street, Waterloo NSW 2017
