The launch of &company’s first homewares range, with talks, demonstrations and a free lunch at Gaffa Gallery.

An exhibition and launch of &company’s first homewares range, accompanied by free talks, a design laboratory, products for sale and a lunchtime conversation event with free lunch!

&company is a new design studio dedicated to supporting emerging designers. They’re presenting an exhibition of new works by local designers and artists responding to Food&company.

The show is packed with other tasty happenings you don’t want to miss:
• Conversations&company, a series of FREE talks by local creative luminaries including Andrew Simpson from Vert Design; Chris Te, chef at acclaimed Black Star Pastry in Newtown; Reef Knot the creative forces behind I Heart Kings Cross and other projects; Lucy Hall, returned from Proef, Netherlands.
• The Design Laboratory is a special installation that allows the public to watch designers in action.
• They’re even dishing up a free lunch!

Be the first to sample &company’s launch homewares range in the exhibition pop-up-shop – locally made designs by emerging local designers will be for sale throughout the show.

Works on display will span furniture, ceramics, textiles, illustration, drawing, photography, and installation, will be curated by Anna Lise De Lorenzo and Anne-Louise Dadak.

&company collaborates with up and coming talent to create truly inspired homewares. The studio focuses on creative opportunities, with a strong emphasis on giving emerging designers the chance to pursue their aspirations. In addition, &company is dedicated to ecological responsibility and the support of local industry.
