Panier, designed by Helen Kontouris, is a low stool that directly references the intricate and traditional techniques of basket weaving. Executed in a purely contemporary manner, the rotationally molded stool reflects a harmonious balance of proportions that is marked by a certain grace. Available in eight versatile colours, the Panier will sit comfortably in any commercial or residential environment.

Panier is the first piece from Australian designer Helen Kontouris’ new self titled collection, available exclusively through Space.

Material is rotationally molded 100% recyclable polyethylene. Applications Suitable for indoor & outdoor use. Colours available: Aniseed, yellow, white, red, mid grey, warm green, sky and plum.

Sustainable features:

  • 100% recyclable
  • made free from VOC’S (Volatile Organic Compounds)
  • low efficient manufacturing process
  • locally made therefore produces lower carbon emissions
  • packaging also is 100% recyclable too.
