Spowers has played a leading role in the planning and designing of buildings and infrastructure since 1895. As the world has changed we have been quick to develop responses that meet new demands.
To ensure the optimum quality for both our company and clients we have achieved the independently-certified ISO 14001:2004 standard for Environmental Management (all projects and in-house operations). Through thorough integrated design processes we ensure a holistic approach to our clients’ needs, environmental and economical considerations.
Our approach to all planning and design involves a functional analysis of the operational, organisational and physical requirements of the project. This requires the constructive and effective involvement of the client/user groups and the design team in the planning, design and procurement process and consideration of the impact of design on capital and recurrent costs.
