Designed by Isamu Kenmochi for Tendo Mokko in 1961, the Kashiwado chair was created for a famous Sumo wrestler during that period named Kashiwado. Handmade by Japanese craftsmen by hand the Kashiwado chair is truly a work of art. Made out of cedar, it weighs 80 kilograms and has the following dimensions (all in millimetres): width 850, depth 770, height 630 and seat height 330.
