Stylecraft adds Prostoria to its range

October 14, 2015

Prostoria is the new addition to an already large group of stellar brands available at Stylecraft.

Every now and then a new range of furniture is designed that just hits the mark. These are pieces that incorporate style and innovation in equal measure but are quintessentially designed with the best of function and form. Such a range is arriving at Stylecraft as we speak. Prostoria is the new addition to an already large group of stellar brands available at Stylecraft. This range however fills a niche for the furniture retailer and is bound to be a winner.

Made in Croatia, the Prostoria pieces have an easy elegance about them with smooth lines and perfect proportions all wrapped up in a contemporary design. The Polygon and Oblique occasional chairs incorporate fabric in seats and backs with timber and steel accents on armrests and legs, and the aesthetic is relaxed but just that little bit different. However it is the sofa range and in particular the Up-lift design that has the wow factor as this is not just a sofa but a sofa bed. Fully upholstered in house or Kvadrat fabrics, the lines are curved and the seat is comfort plus but lift the back over the seat and the sofa becomes a bed. This is a new take on the everyday sofa bed and is simply a beautiful design. There are no mechanisms to pull and there are no cushions to remove – it’s a simple, clean action to make this sofa a bed. The Up-lift comes in single, double or queen size and although perfect for apartment living would be right at home in any residence.

There are other chairs, tables, sofas and sofa beds in the range and Stylecraft will no doubt have these on the floor over the coming months. This is a new brand in Australia and already it seems to be right at home.
