Tilt Outdoor Kitchen by Urban Commons

December 12, 2013

Designed with the intention of facilitating shared experiences around food, the Tilt Outdoor Kitchen marries elegance and practicality.

Newly released by Tait, Tilt Outdoor Kitchen is a built-in barbecue system that offers a new vision for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

Designed with the intention of facilitating shared experiences around food, the Tilt Outdoor Kitchen marries elegance and practicality to create a system that is easy to install into your outdoor spaces, and easy to maintain day-to-day.

Melbourne studio Urban Commons, headed up by design director Justin Hutchinson, designed the Tilt Outdoor Kitchen as a compact, discrete box that opens out to form an al fresco kitchen with integrated state-of-the-art kitchenware, including Electrolux barbecue and Häfele sink.

Accoya timber battens conceal Tilt’s kitchen amenities when not in use and, when opened, transforms into a 2.2 metre-high awning that shelters users from harsh weather conditions.

Tilt Outdoor Kitchen is available exclusively from Tait.
