Ono Luce collection, by Vetreria Vistosi

October 31, 2012

The Ono Luce collection is a modern alternative to Vetreria Vistosi’s more traditional designs, featuring contemporary glass lamps in a variety of floor, table, wall, ceiling and suspension forms.

The Ono Luce collection from Vetreria Vistosi is a modern alternative to Vistosi’s more traditional designs, featuring contemporary glass lamps in a variety of floor, table, wall, ceiling and suspension forms.

The range sees mouth-blown Pyrex glass and wood manufacturing techniques utilised, as well as the marble design skills of master craftsmen from Carrara and Murano glass-bowing techniques.

The new Zero table and floor lamps (picture 3) have retained the shapes of their original designs, but have played up new trends of minimalism and gigantism. Also in the collection is the new Ferea table and suspension lamp (picture 2), with a futuristic design providing a generous amount of light.

The Aga lamp (picture 1), in pendant and table lamp form, is handmade from borosilicate glass and utilises a high efficiency LED to simulate a flame. Also included in the range is the 898 table lamp – made from blown glass and shaped like a mushroom, the 898 provides soft indirect light designed for mood-setting.

The Ono Luce collection is available in Australia through Studio Italia and Mondo Luce.
