Planter boxes by HIVE

July 12, 2012

Kenneth Cobonpue’s animalistic planter boxes make playful additions to both indoor and outdoor garden settings.

Mixing subtle curves with boxy legs, Kenneth Cobonpue’s animal-like planter boxes for HIVE have undeniable character and charm. The Animal Farm planter takes its shape from that of a piglet, and the Safari planter from various animals found in the jungle. While the pieces have a definite sense of humour and playfulness, they also maintain an air of uncomplicated elegance.

Cast from naturally crushed stone, the planters feature integrated drainage. The Safari planters are available in four different sizes suited to both group and standalone display, and both models come in natural, terracotta, grey and black.

HIVE accessories and lighting, creative directed by Kenneth Cobonpue, is available nationally via KE-ZU.
