Fractal Cloud

January 14, 2011

A contemporary interpretation of the linear light, designed by Jason Bird of Luxxbox.

The Fractal Cloud pendant light, designed by Jason Bird, is at once organic and mathematical.

The faceted design appears random, yet affords a precise balance in both visual and physical properties. The lights can be grouped in a number of ways, with an angled profile that suits a clustered or end-to-end linear arrangement.

The lights are concealed within the luminous angled mass, with the option of an energy-efficient 1200mm T5 fluorescent tube or Hi Flux LEDs. The 1500mm-long diffuser is made from 100 percent recyclable translucent LDPE.
