September 2, 2010

Designed by Tim Whiteman, this delicate lighting design draws its inspiration from nature.

Designed by Time Whiteman, Protea 1 is a striking lighting design that explores both form and function. This organic form draws its inspiration from nature, transforming into an object that is both intriguing and functional.

Protea was conceived through an artistic and creative investigation into shapes, materials and graphic processes, and their manipulation into three-dimensional forms. The shapes morph to create alternate and interesting objects.

This lighting range can be assembled in a variety of configurations. It is available in laminated European Beech timber and 100 percent recyclable Polypropylene in a collection of vibrant colours both solid and transparent. Protea comes in a variety of sizes to suit both domestic and commercial applications.
