Ellis range

April 29, 2010

Keith Melbourne’s new furniture range features soft geometric forms supported by tubular steel frames.

The Ellis furniture range of seats, stools and sofas is defined by beautiful flowing continuous lines. The pieces are geometric, yet also soft and inviting. Visually complex objects, they have a sensual, tactile appeal.

The pieces are supported by a system of uncomplicated tubular steel frames, with characteristically large bend radii and diverging rails. Compact yet comfortable, the seating elements are further enhanced by the precise tailored details of their covers.

The Lilla side table and Emily coffee table are designed to complement the seating range. They also look highly effective in groupings, where they can be overlapped to create a striking formal interplay.
