The RD Legs limited edition chairs are hand woven using 100 per cent recycled domestic plastic waste. Designed by Richard Liddle, founder of British company Cohda Design, the chair is constructed by weaving molten plastic around a mould made from MDF and dowels.

No glue or additional fixings are used to make the chair, in keeping with the company’s mission: “to design, manufacture and supply innovative contemporary products that break down the preconceptions of what sustainable, innovative designs should be.”
