Two renowned names in Australian architecture, BVN and Donovan Hill, have come together to form a new architecture studio.

Holding a number of highly prized architecture awards, BVN Donovan Hill also has six projects shortlisted in the 2012 National Architecture Awards that will be announced in Perth this Thursday night.

BVN Donovan Hill has 14 Principals leading 250 in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne studios as well as adjunct offices in Canberra, Auckland, Bangkok and London.

“This exciting change to our work culture follows happy syntheses between the two practices on previous ventures,” said National Director James Grose. “BVN Donovan Hill has a rich mix of skills and experience across a wide range of building types that will position us to take on global projects in the fast changing business world.”

Grose adds, “An ongoing evolution, change and succession within the Principals group have ensured a depth of experience that will continue to deepen with our latest transition”.
