Bring your designs to life with Makers Lane at DENFAIR

May 25, 2016

Ever had a custom design idea you wanted made but haven’t found the right person to help bring it to fruition? At DENFAIR 2016, Makers Lane will be hosting a stand that can help bring your idea to life – with a board on which you can sketch your design, and the winning concepts to be built by a Makers Lane maker.

Ever had a custom design idea you wanted made but haven’t found the right person to help bring it to fruition?

Makers Lane connects people seeking custom pieces with local Australian makers across a wide range of industries and crafts, providing a link between creatives and production.

In the spirit of a business where the design genius sits with its customers, Makers Lane will be hosting a public inspiration board at its stand at DENFAIR this year. Visitors will be encouraged to scribble their wildest design ideas on the board in word or sketch form. Designers can then progress their concept to a finished product with an appropriate maker from Makers Lane, at the winners’ cost.

ADR will be following the creative process of the most inspired DENFAIR visitors as their idea is taken from the design on the wall, through to it being custom made as part of the Makers Lane creation process – from a scribble, all the way to a finished product, providing promotion for the designer and their work along the way.

With just one week to go until DENFAIR 2016, it’s time to start digging about the creative ideas sitting in the back of your mind for something that Makers Lane can help make a reality, and for the chance to have your winning design featured on ADR.
