‘…And What About the Men?’ Parlour survey

December 4, 2012

Parlour’s second survey ‘…And what about the men?’ looks at men and their role in Australian architecture – who are they and what do they do?

Following the first survey ‘Where do all the women go?’, which generated significant response, Australian resource on women in architecture, Parlour, are now conducting their second survey – this time aimed at men.

‘…And what about the men?’ looks at men and their role in Australian architecture – who are they and what do they do? How are their roles and experiences similar and how are they different? Parlour is interested to find about men engaged in varied forms of architectural activity, including practice, academia, research, advocacy, government, policy, regulation, project management, media, allied built environment disciplines and more. The survey is also open to men abroad with backgrounds in Australian architecture, as well as those no longer practising.

The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and will remain open until the end of January 2013. Click here to take the survey.
