Our client, a boutique Architectural studio in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs have just registered the need for a talented Graduate Architect with a minimum of 2 years local experience working on Vectorworks.

Specialising in new build houses and medium scale residential developments, they are taking on more and more work and are busy working on a number of exciting projects. The right candidate will have good technical ability and be able to produce documentation on Vectorworks through all stages of a project.

You will have a good knowledge of construction and building terminology and preferably experience working on residential projects however not essential. The right candidate will have a great attitude and be a strong communicator who is able to work well in a team but also independently.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate graduate who is interested in working in an all round role and working on some great residential projects.

In summary you will have:

-A minimum of 2 years working on Vectorworks
-Experience on residential projects preferred.
-Good documentation ability.
-A great attitude and willingness to learn.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The salary for this role will be between $55K – $60K + super depending on experience.
