A fantastic development opportunity has arisen in our Sydney studio for an exceptional Graduate Architect and CAD Technician with strong creativity skills and design flair to join our growing studio.

nra-co-lab is a multi-award winning architectural, interior design and urban design practice with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Hong Kong.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• innovative design with strong design leadership and presentation skills,
• qualification as a Register Architect or eligible for NSW Board registration,
• advanced proficiency in BIM/Revit/AutoCAD. Adobe Creative Suite experience will be an advantage.
• strong technical, CAD and graphic skills
• experience in producing high quality 3D computer sketch-up rendering/graphics is desirable using Revit, Studio max, Rhino, V-ray.
• experience in designing & documenting complex building projects.
• a thorough knowledge of the NCC, relevant Australian Standards and a working knowledge of the NSW Planning Legislation.
• good people skills & team participation/ leadership.
• a minimum 3 years’ experience in an Australian Architectural Design office.
• excellent spoken English & communication skills.

Salary package will be negotiated commensurate with the level of talent and your experience.
