A dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial practice with an excellent reputation in both Sydney and the Asian markets for quality and exciting design projects is looking for an architectural technician. This client specialises in iconic multi-unit, single story residential and 5 star hospitality projects, encouraging creativity by also getting involved in competitions and EOI’s.

This practice is a small-to-mid sized practice with around 30 architects and designers. Having recently purchased another floor in their modern studio, they are experiencing fantastic growth due to repeat business from existing clients and continuous new work being awarded. The office in North Sydney is easily accessible and extremely close to public transport.

As an architectural technician you will have proven Revit ability on either multi-unit or medium density residential projects. You will be working as part of a close knit and high performing residential team that have an excellent culture internally.

Key requirements:
- You must have proven experience in Sydney, with a thorough knowledge of Australian BCA codes and Sepp 65.
- Strong exposure to using Revit on multi-unit residential apartment projects in Australia.
- Tertiary qualifications in architecture.
