Do you want to work in a highly creative environment with variety in your day to day duties? Are you looking to work on contemporary projects? Do you want security before the Christmas Period?

Our client is a well respected and established Building Design Consultancy based on the city fringe of Melbourne. Their expertise includes the design, documentation and contract administration of building projects ranging in size from $500,000 up to $50 million across high quality & contemporary single dwelling, townhouses and low & medium density residential projects. They are currently looking for a Graduate Architect or Draftsperson with 3-5 years experience to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be involved in all stages of the project life cycle, however, there will be plenty of support, direction and guidance. A well developed knowledge of building construction and a sound knowledge of Res-codes will be required and previous exposure to Town Planning processes and regulations will be needed to be successful for this position.

As the ideal applicant you will have upwards of three years experience as a Draftsperson or Graduate Architect. You must have a thorough working knowledge of both Revit & AutoCAD.

If you have local residential code knowledge, want to work on quality residential projects and are in need to a stable long-term position, this is the one for you! Apply now as stability like this is a rarity in this market.

To express your interest in this position, please forward your resume and portfolio to Stephanie Gleeson of Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners at stephanie@btandp.com.au and quote Reference Number M14905.
