Use your talent and technical acumen to make an impact on major brands.

An award-winning design studio is on the look out for a technically proficient Industrial Designer with creative flair.

Working with exciting brands across the retail and cosmetic sector, you will enjoy creating innovative and eye catching work that appeals to a broad audience.

To be a success in this role you will have a thorough understanding and proven skills in three dimensional design, scale and rendering.

As a key player in the design process you will be involved directly with the early development stages, including research and strategy, from concept design to final executable plans. In addition, you will be comfortable liaising with clients and suppliers.

This role also requires a person who understands design principles for manufacturing and assembly across various construction materials. Placement, aesthetics and functionality are essential elements of your design.

In addition, it goes without saying that you possess the following skills:

- Industrial Design Degree qualified
- A strong understanding of design and manufacture
- Strong 3D surfacing skills (such as SolidWorks)
- Experience in using 3DS MAX or similar for visualisation
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Folio that highlights POP and/or POS experience

With strong attention to detail, you are a great team player with a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and skills will be rewarded with a salary package subject to experience.
