We have a great opportunity for a Sales Representative to join the Andrews Group Team for a maternity fixed term contract of 5-7 months depending when the successful candidate commences. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing and potential new customer relationships for THE ANDREWS GROUP through professional representation and presentation of BOLON products/catalogues via internal and external presentations, customer appointments, sampling and library updates.
The Core Responsibilities of the role are:
-Building strong, consultative relationships with existing and potential new clients to maximise sales opportunities for BOLON in NSW in support of the Sales Manager.
-Ensuring the prompt delivery and timeliness response to enquiries of product information, sampling, quotes and other support documentation is directed to the specifier and supplier market.
-To utilise company tools including catalogues, the website, Cordell’s data, Balancing web and the relevant workbooks to provide professional sales services to all.
-Preparing of informative formal and informal presentations to maximise BOLON awareness.
-General administration duties including weekly, monthly sales reporting.
-Ability to meet KPI’s and measure market share against objectives.
-Industry networking and building of customer base.
-To actively support and promote strategic re-specification channels for all NSW project segmentations.
-Ability to work closely in support of the NSW/ACT Sales —Manager and other ANDREWS GROUP team members in support of agreed channel price, business and brand strategies.
To be successful in this role,
-A strong understanding of sales capability and an ability to develop new and existing business relationships.
-Strong communication skills with fellow managers, interior designers, architects, installers, builders, designers, competitors and other design related specifiers.
-A well regarded reputation for outstanding customer service, coupled with exceptional engagement and communication skills
-Experience from Architecture and Design, Property or Building & Construction industries will be highly regarded.
-Most importantly the successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with the ability to effectively manage this fully external role and the challenges that working remotely presents.
