Our client is a mid-sized, multi-award winning custom builder located in the south eastern suburbs. This is a rare opening to join a company that pride themselves on delivering unique homes that reflect their client’s individual style.

Currently they are seeking an AutoCAD Draftsperson to join their team on a 3 month contract (with potential for long-term career opportunities).

Top priority for your success is your AutoCAD speed and accuracy! Our client has noted specifically that they are keen to secure an Architectural Draftsperson who commands exceptional ability using AutoCAD and can deliver well thought out, accurate documentation with minimal supervision. Thoroughness in your documentation is a MUST.

Your primary focus will be producing working drawings and construction details on a wide range of residential developments (multi-residential, individual homes, townhouses, new build and renovations/additions) ranging from $400K-$1M.

Strong knowledge in the local building codes and regulations is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years experience working on residential developments in the local market.

If you live in the southern suburbs, this is a brilliant opportunity to beat the city traffic and work close to home in a fun, family oriented office culture!

To express your interest in this position, please forward your resume and portfolio to Stephanie Gleeson of Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners at stephanie@btandp.com.au and quote Reference Number M14759.
