Calling for pro-active, efficient and organised Administrators that have experience working on tender submissions and graphics/marketing presentations. Experience working in the architectural, design or construction industry would be favourable.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Tender submissions (using Adobe Suite applications)
- Graphics Presentations for marketing purposes
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Personal Assistant and Administration duties including Diary and event management
- Assisting with updates on social media platforms where required.
This role is suitable for those who have experience working in the Design sector as either an all-rounder Administrator with these key competencies or as an Architectural Assistant/Designer and are wanting to specialise in a Marketing/Admin role.
The successful application will:
- Have experience working in a similar position in the Design/Construction industry sector for 4+ years
- Have demonstrated experience coordinating tenders and submissions
- Have proven organisational and communication skills.
- Be proficient and precise with formatting, styles, layouts and templates.
- Be able to use the Adobe Suite to create high quality documents and reports.
- Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Be a self-starter, but also a team player.
- Be a motivated person who can bring new ideas to the table.
- Be able to apply their creative design flair in their work.
Confidently communicate ideas to members of the practice.
