A renowned and innovative Melbourne Architecture practice is seeking to appoint a highly organised and personable Office Manager. You will have an approachable nature and conduct your duties in a courteous and professional manner; building rapport with all staff members at the get-go. This will be a 1 year contract position with the potential for an extension.

You will be responsible for general office management and administrative duties; reporting to the Administration Manager and the Associate Director on a daily basis.

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
-First point of contact at Reception
-Answering and re-directing calls
-Screening and responding to relevant emails
-Recording and distributing Meeting Minutes as required
-Travel bookings
-Event co-ordination and management
-Invoicing
-Filing and document management
-Managing Meeting Room bookings
-Project Administration assistance (where required)
-Personal Assistance duties to the Associate Director and Company Partner

Previous experience working as part of an Architecture and/or Design company would be beneficial though not essential. You will be joining a highly respected, multi-award winning company and will be contributing positively and reliably to an amicable working environment.
