National Sales Manager | Architectural Lighting
A National Sales Manager to manage the promotion of architectural lighting products to target markets that include Lighting Designers, Interior Designers, Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, re-sellers and major accounts is required.
You will be senior figure within lighting or architectural circles and be able to leverage on existing high level contacts and have direct access to major accounts.
Man-management skills are essential as you will responsible for motivating the sales teams across the country to hit their sales targets.
Reporting to the CEO and the board, the National Sales Manager will be ultimately responsible for achieving agreed sales targets and profit margins in designated territories. The National Sales Manager will manage the promotion of the architectural lighting products to target markets that include Lighting Designers, Interior Designers, Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, re-sellers and major accounts. They will identify and manage the overall sales activities and lead the sales team.
The National Sales Manager will motivate and inspire the sales team as well as the agents. They will act as a mentor in leading the sales team to achieve both collective and individual sales goals. Specific areas of responsibility:
- The responsibility for management of the sales team across three states as well as the agents
- Training and development of the sales team
- Weekly/monthly/annual sales reporting and monitoring project work in progress.
- Project management – required to ensure major projects are completed to customer’s satisfaction
This is a senior role and salary is dependent on experience although the package could be as high as $200,000.
