This successful design practice based in Sydney is seeking an experienced administrator with bookkeeping skills to join its team.

You will be an active participant in the Sydney studio, providing accounts and administrative assistance over a myriad of tasks. You’ll have autonomy in this role and will be integral to the team as the only member of the support team. Proven experience in Office Support is essential, as you’ll be helping with their bookkeeping, HR, marketing and administration.

The role will involve:
• Bookkeeping – payroll, BAS, debtors, expenses etc
• Report generation using MYOB and EXCEL
• Managing the order processing for all projects
• Project administration
• HR administration
• Marketing
• Office management – ordering stationery, answering calls, organising meetings etc.

Key attributes:
• Very strong with numbers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take the reins and use your initiative to get stuff done
• Organised and impeccable time management
• Microsoft Office experience, including Excel and MYOB skills to an advanced level
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
