The Design Hunter and B2 Construction are currently looking for a Business Administration Coordinator.

The role is broadly a business and office administration role where the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the administrative side of the B2 Construction and The Design Hunter businesses. The administrative tasks for both businesses may include, but are not limited to:

- Improvements to and maintenance of electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Creation of workflow procedures including lead, costing and WIP
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Filing, copying, printing, mail and banking
- Maintenance of insurances, warranties and trade accounts
- Management of client files, contracts, suppliers and contractors
- Typing of quotes, letters and costings
- Manage all construction work safety procedures, OH&S etc
- Generation and follow up of leads
- Maintenance of procedures manuals

The ideal candidate will have experience within the building and construction industry, will be adept at typing and using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
