A keen and enthusiastic individual is required to join a leading retail firm in a wide and varied role. This company is looking for someone that can assist the property team in delivery of stores across Australia.

As a key member of the project-focused property team you will be responsible for providing key administration support in the areas of store maintenance, project management, store development, supplier management, equipment orders and general ad-hoc administration.

The successful candidate will be able to:

- Coordinate store works with store teams Liaise with external suppliers for supply and delivery of fixtures and store items
- Maintain accurate files of all property related documentation including maintenance works
- Develop and maintain external supplier relationships
- Assist in maintaining leasing documentation
- Assist with compiling of presentations where necessary

You will also have:

- Qualification in building/project management or relevant trade based experience is desired
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in retail coordination/administration
- A flexible approach to work and be able to juggle a variety of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attention to detail

This is a great opportunity to join an well respected and highly sort after brand in a permanent capacity. Salary range (depending on experience) $50k -$70k plus super.
