A highly esteemed development group requires a vibrant architect with 8+ years’ experience who is keen to move over to the ‘other side’ and into the developer spectrum of the industry.

This role will be conceptually focused, as opposed to only managing the design process.

If you have already reached a point in your career where you have had true design ownership of quality projects, and have been well regarded for your concept and planning skills on quality Residential projects, this could be a great opportunity.

This position will focus primarily on your concept and planning skills, with research and development being a key aspect. As projects develop you will be involved in leading external consultants through the delivery process.

A background in medium density residential or apartment projects would be ideal, especially if it has allowed you to gain design and delivery exposure and consultant management skills.

Projects in the medium term will be focused toward high-quality residential townhouses, with a longer term intention of expanding into high-end, mid rise apartments.

This highly esteemed development group have an enviable track record in the development of residential and apartment projects, many of which have been the recipient of major design awards.

This role is seen as a key one in developing a new design studio for projects within Victoria and New South Wales.
