This practice is seeking a talented Architect with 4 to 6 years postgraduate experience and a real passion for and commitment to quality residential design projects.

The successful candidate will have a solid background working on high-end residential projects within the local market. This means you will have a good knowledge of BCA, Rescode, Australian Standards and Town Planning Application requirements – all of which are essential for this role.

An intermediate level, design focused Architect with a really well developed skills base that spans the total process of design through to delivery is exactly what this practice seeks to find.

Given the small and highly collaborative approach within this studio, you’ll be working alongside the directors on the initial design concepts, and then taking full responsibility for delivery of the project through town planning, design development, documentation and on site administration.

Applicants will be responsible for producing and facilitating design and documentation of the highest quality using AutoCAD. A proficiency in Revit would also be advantageous but is not essential – strong AutoCAD skills are key at this stage.

A strong design focus and excellent approach to detail is required. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are also integral.

If you have the ability to drive a project and ensure it’s delivered to program, this is your chance to secure a rewarding, long-term career opportunity.

Salary expectations should fall in the range of $55,000 – $65,000 plus Superannuation, based on your level of experience and capabilities.

To express your interest, please forward your resume and portfolio to Bruce Whetters at brw@bloomfieldtremayne.com.au or for a confidential chat, please contact the office on (03) 9349 1055 and quote reference M14446.
