This small, fun design team for a design and construction firm is looking to appoint an ArchiCAD architect to design and document a wide variety of projects. Fluency in Mandarin is essential.

The busy firm is currently expanding their five-member design team in the Sydney studio as they gear up for more projects coming online. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect to join the team, working on a diverse range of projects in a fun, dynamic design environment. The team is currently designing in the retail, residential, commercial and health sectors.

You are a specialist at ArchiCAD, using it on a variety of project types and scales, with the confidence in your skills and experience to work autonomously. You should be experienced in helping manage projects through design development and contract documentation stages. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in architectural practices in Australia. A maximum of around 8 years’ experience is considered sufficient experience for this role.

It is essential that you are fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin.

Salary is commensurate with skills and experience level. A salary package of up to $73,000 per annum plus superannuation is on offer for the best and most experienced candidate.
