A buzzing and creative architectural studio requires a general office manager and PA to two Directors with accounts to oversee their creative team and relieve some pressure from the top!

You will be an active participant of the Sydney studio, providing administrative assistance over a myriad of tasks. You’ll have autonomy in this role and the chance to be worth your weight in gold to the team. As you’ll be helping with their accounts, proven experience with invoicing and event organisation is essential.

This studio is looking for a mature minded, can-do person as the quality of your support to the professional staff in the studio is crucial. Having the confidence that your support team has it ‘all under control’ allows creativity to flow and secures a positive team environment.

The role will involve:
• Assisting the team: presentations, memos, scanning, filing, and general admin tasks
• Accounts: Invoicing, payments, expenses, reconciliations, banking etc
• Travel arrangements and accommodation
• Meeting coordination, minute taking and agendas
• Event organisation

Key attributes:
• Strong spelling and grammar
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take the reins and use your initiative to get stuff done
• Organised and impeccable time management
• Microsoft Office and strong InDesign skills
