Mid-size firm with great team

Are you seeking a friendlier, more relaxed place to extend your heritage report writing talents? Work with this firm, which boasts a well-regarded team and interesting heritage projects.

In this role, you will join an established and highly respected architecture, heritage, interior design and urban design practice located in Sydney’s CBD. They have a reputation as a friendly practice with a relaxed working environment, with a stable team and steady project pipeline.

You will be an architect with around 7 years’ experience in heritage projects in Australia, preferably with a Masters of heritage conservation. Membership of ICOMOS is required, and National Trust membership and participation in AIA Heritage Committee activities is desirable.

You will need experience in preparing Archival Recordings, Heritage Impact Statements, Heritage Assessments, Curtilage Analysis, Interpretation Strategies and Conservation Management Plans.

The role is largely report-writing based rather than project management through documentation and construction. It will be focused on urban renewal projects, public domain projects and large private development projects. You will enjoy working here on a huge variety of projects, sometimes in collaboration with other leading Sydney architecture practices, with occasional work on international sites.

Salary package is commensurate with experience and is around $70,000 to $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Please forward your resume and urban design portfolio to Scott Cloak at or call 02 8249 4451.
