Open House Melbourne is running this weekend, with over 100 buildings opening their doors for architecture enthusiasts to explore. The event is free to attend, with most spaces self-guided.

Buildings are spread across various precincts, with spaces open in the Melbourne CBD, Docklands, East Melbourne, North Melbourne, South Melbourne, West Melbourne, Port Phillip City Council, Stonnington City Council and Yarra City Council.

This year’s Open House Weekend includes a number of buildings that are under construction including the Argus Building and Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre. A full list of buildings can be found here at the Open House website.

There are also a number of events that are being run this weekend, including the Barbicania screening at ACMI on Sunday evening. A panel discussion will follow the screening, with Clare Cousins, Mark Raggatt and Louise Mackenzie named as speakers. More information on Barbicania can be found here.
