Celebrity chef Adrian Richardson wanted to revilatise the interior of his popular and highly acclaimed bistro, La Luna, in Carlton North.
The restaurant is known for its unpretentious meat dishes, particularly their speciality, the house-aged beef. Recycled Australian hardwoods provide warmth, with light fittings fashioned from old fencing wire to create ambience. An element of humour is introduced in the first floor function room toilet, with a photographic mural of cows staring at patrons as they use the facilities.
