The new 2340sqm Melbourne office for ISIS, a construction and project management company established over 20 years ago, brings together the company’s renewed branding, workplace culture and their skill in the construction industry.
The brand driver, ‘Transformation at Work’, reflects their day-to-day business of transforming spaces for clients through construction. Construction details are clever, robust and honest. Spaces are rich in experience as the user moves through the two-level fitout: materials vary in use and selection, lighting and ceiling heights change, and moods shift.
Planning centres on an eliptical overlay that rationalises the complex building geometry, while continuously revealing the eclectic spaces and places within the fitout. The design seeks to expose the building fabric, utilises raw construction materials while still controlling noise levels and delivering a refined, contemporary commercial office.
