The new library at Nudgee Junior College forms stage two of the masterplan that was designed by Fulton Trotter Architects in 2007.
The library encapulates the vibrant colours used in the earlier stages of the campus to provide a friendly and comforting environment for the students and teachers, giving the learning process a fresh feeling.
Sited on the steep slopes of Brisbane River, the library is an architectural feature within the campus, utilising these slopes and creating landscape that has a flow between the hall, library and opposite classrooms.
