Blonde Robot Head Office

April 3, 2014

As fans of simple beer establishments with a slight industrial feel, the clients wanted to bring a well-worn and character-filled design aesthetic to their new office premises.

Architects: MR. MITCHELL
Photographer: Andrew Wuttke

The brief from the forward thinking clients at Blonde Robot was to blur the lines between corporate and hospitality environments. As fans of simple beer establishments with a slight industrial feel, the clients wanted to bring a well-worn and character-filled design aesthetic to their new office premises.

Wherever possible, the architectural team brought in recycled and vintage materials and furnishings that provided an element of nostalgia and whimsy. A custom two storey graffiti mural provides a stunning focal point.

“The team at MR. MITCHELL really listened, understood our needs, asked all the right questions and quite simply created an environment for our company to prosper,” said Eamon Drew, Director of Blonde Robot. “Every aspect of working with Andrew has exceeded our wildest dreams and it all came in well under budget.”
