Interior Design: Phamish

March 22, 2010

Raw materials and exposed structural features meet delicate finishes in ROTHELOWMAN’s design for this St Kilda restaurant.

The design for Phamish, a new restaurant, bar and café located on The Esplanade, is inspired by the edginess of St Kilda. The range of materials and textures celebrate the eclecticism and variety of the popular precinct, creating a playful design that is in keeping with the youthful, hip suburb.

A raw look is achieved through the use of polished concrete floors and exposed structural features, juxtaposing raw materials with delicate white stone and contemporary drop pendant lights.
