Architecture: Cammeray Road

January 19, 2010

SJB’s residential development is wrapped in a slatted timber skin and full-height windows, taking advantage of its unique harbourside location.

The luxury duplex development, Cammeray Road, takes full advantage of the surrounding landscape and the picturesque views of Sydney Harbour.

The residences incorporate master en-suites, heated terrazzo floors, theatre rooms, a lap pool and open plan living areas orientated towards the waterfront. A discreet slatted timber skin generates a fine veil between inside and outside, opening up in sections and providing uninterrupted views. Extensive use of glass, copper and western red cedar, complement the natural elements of the site and create a luxurious contemporary aesthetic.

*Team* Architects: Adam Haddow, Nick Hatzianagnostou, Stephen Hubbard. This project was completed in collaboration with Sunland Group.
